Son: I did
Me: How was school today?
Son: Good.
Me: Did you have homework?
Son: Yes
Me: Did you finish it?
Son: Yes
Me: What subjects?
Son: Math, social studies, and reading
Me: You know you can save one thing for the morning so you don't have to rush..
Son: But I did not rush
Me: Do you want me to check it?
Son: Ok dad
